About the role We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation on a 6-month contract. This role will be based onsite in Melbourne and offers the opportunity to support critical IT services within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2/3 support across end user computing platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other core enterprise technologies. Troubleshoot issues with Citrix, VMware, and other virtualisation technologies. Deliver technical assistance to clinical and corporate staff in a professional, customer-focused manner. Assist with software deployment, patching, and upgrades. Contribute to project and BAU activities, including technology rollouts and change initiatives. Ensure IT service management processes (ITIL) are followed and documentation is kept up to date. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: A strong background in EUC/Desktop Support within enterprise environments. Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/MDM, and collaboration tools. Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and healthcare systems highly regarded. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries preferred. ITIL certification or knowledge desirable.
