RESPONSIBILITIES
* Processing invoices, matching, coding and reconciling statements
* Managing the Accounts payable inbox and responding to queries
* Entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable in line with company procedures
* Liaising with external Accountants, clients, employees and third‑party suppliers
* Action incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Strong experience with MYOB AccountRight (essential)
* Reconciliation of accounts by verification of entries matching system reports and balances.
* Prepare and follow up on accounts payable items
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
* Proficient in MYOB (essential)
* Knowledge and experience in Payroll (desirable)
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Good knowledge of general administrative and finance procedures and practices
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Well Developed computer and Microsoft software skills
* National Police Clearance
* Proof of right to work in Australia
* Current Driver's Licence
* Able to pass a Pre Employment Medical
