* 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum

About the role
The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Placement and Administrative Assistant is a key member of the administrative team responsible for supporting the effective and efficient operation of the School/Faculty office.
This role provides administrative support for Nursing placements and administrative student related support within the School of Health, including the confidential management of information and documentation, and assistance with student-related processes.
Working collaboratively within the team, the position contributes to the coordination and organisation of student placements and general support to ensure smooth and timely operations. The incumbent will be required to work independently at times, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment to support both students and staff.
The role operates under the general direction of the Team Leader, Faculty of Medicine and Health.
