Job Summary
This is a compelling opportunity for an experienced professional to provide high-level support to a senior executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of the role.
* Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating attendees.
* Coordinate all travel arrangements as required, ensuring accurate and timely bookings for transport and accommodation.
* Oversee inbox management by actioning relevant requests and drafting responses where appropriate.
* Accurately record minutes for key meetings, capturing actions and decisions, and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
* Perform a range of administrative duties, including drafting and formatting correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
Requirements
* Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated excellence in coordination and organisational efficiency.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organisation.
* Capable of managing own workload and supporting others in a professional manner.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
* Sound general IT knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide basic support for devices such as computers, phones, and printers.
Desirable Qualifications
* Previous experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role with a strong customer service focus.
* Experience working in the education sector or with education leadership teams is highly regarded.
