About your role: * Manage an appropriate caseload using high level time management and prioritisation skills including the maintenance of accurate patient records and recording departmental statistics. * Proportionate with level of experience assist in the development and/or review of clinical practices, procedures and protocols. Participate in research, education, training, and quality and service improvement activities using the principles of evidence-based practice. * Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds.
