Job Overview
The Advanced Training and Test Environment (ATTE) Project Coordinator will provide administrative support and manage daily operations for ATTE programs. This role requires coordination of project meetings, organisation of resources, and review of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide designated administrative and coordination support to ATTE programs
* Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items
* Organise and review project documentation within data management systems
* Coordinate activities and artefacts such as risk workshops, review boards, reporting, and process improvement activities
* Prepare and manage project reports, including review packs, estimates at completion packs, and status reports
Requirements
* 2 years experience in a similar coordination/administration role in a project-driven environment
* Ability to work in a high-tempo environment with excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience in tracking and managing documentation and cost/scope management
* High level interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn alternate software packages
