The Role
* Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers & support your clients in their return to work
* Focus on quality & achieving outcomes
* Vocational Assessments & Counseling
* Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
* Hybrid role approximately 50/50 Clinical & Workplace Rehabilitation
* Perform counseling under this organisation's clinical arm (for candidates with SIRA eligibility)
* Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals
* Actively contribute to a multi-disciplinary team environment
* Training & coaching of other team members, for Senior Consultants

The Ideal Candidate
* AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Provisional or Full) ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor (Associate or Full Member)
* 1 year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable. Candidates with clinical/other relevant experience & motivated graduates warmly welcome to apply!
* SIRA approval number to perform treatment required for counselling component
* A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders
* Comfortable working independently & in a team
* Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others
* Full working rights in Australia
* Driver's licence & car
Given the remote nature of their work, this team is also open to considering Rehab Counsellors based anywhere in Newcastle, Central Coast or anywhere in NSW!
