Our client is seeking an experienced HSEQ Management System Administrator to join the team in a permanent capacity.

Role Overview:
With a project about to commence, our client requires an experienced HSEQ Management Systems Administrator to join their team permanently. You will play a key role in managing audits, document control, and the Business Management System, including preparing HSE reports, assisting with tenders, and collaborating across different facets of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist various parts of the business with Quality Management Plans for projects and tenders.
* Prepare monthly HSE reports and contribute to tenders/submissions.
* Ensure HSEQ compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
* Support external audits.
* Maintain ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, and OFSC WHS accreditations.
* Manage the Business Management System and document control processes.
* Develop BMS targets and promote continuous improvement.
* Coordinate and conduct ISO/OFSC audits and implement corrective actions.
* Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or engineering sectors.
* A Work Health and Safety qualification – Highly regarded.
* Ability to maintain ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, and OFSC WHS accreditations.
* Lead Auditor training – Essential.
* Quality Management or Quality Assurance qualification – Desirable.
