Marketing Role

This is a hands-on marketing position where you will cover all key areas of hospitality marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

* Web & Digital Management: Maintain our websites, build and optimize landing pages, coordinate with digital suppliers, and ensure the online booking journey is seamless.
* Email Marketing (EDMs & Flows): Develop weekly email campaigns, create automated flows, segment audiences, and analyze performance to improve engagement and conversions.
* Social Media & Community Management: Plan content calendars, schedule posts across platforms, engage with followers, manage reviews, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
* Content Creation – Core Focus: Capture daily content across venues, film reels and TikToks, shoot photos, document chefs and artisans, showcase dishes and cocktails, and bring each brand's experience to life through compelling visuals.
* Campaigns & In-Venue Activations: Support seasonal campaigns, event launches, food and beverage releases, and venue activations, ensuring smooth and creative execution.
* Blog Writing & Storytelling: Write blogs, features, and venue stories that highlight artisans, menus, events, weddings, and experiences, strengthening organic marketing and SEO.
* Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination: Work with photographers, designers, agencies, venue managers, and chefs to align and deliver marketing needs to a high standard.
* General Marketing Operations: Manage marketing calendars, track budgets, prepare reports, and keep campaigns and content organized for efficient flow.


Requirements:

* Marketing Experience: 1–3+ years in hospitality, events, or retail
* Content Creation Skills: Comfortable shooting and editing social video
* Writing Ability: Strong writing skills for blogs, EDMs, social captions, and campaign copy
* Digital Platforms: Solid understanding of CMS, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, etc.
* Organization: Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple venues
* Communication: Confidence working with chefs, managers, stakeholders, and suppliers
* Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude, solving problems, taking initiative, and following through
* Hospitality Passion: Genuine passion for hospitality, food, events, and customer experiences
