High Dependency Nursing Role
This is a unique opportunity to develop your career in a busy Children's Ward.
We are looking for an experienced paediatric nurse who is passionate about caring for children with a wide range of conditions, including those requiring high dependency care.
You will have the opportunity to work within our dedicated 2-bedded HDU bay, caring for patients needing high dependency interventions, such as CPAP and Long Term Ventilation.

Key Responsibilities
* To provide effective, high-quality individualised nursing care to patients and relatives/carers, contributing to the continuing development of nursing practice.
* To facilitate high standards of professional practice and the delivery of care, including high dependency care, by working within Trust guidelines and protocols.
* To work and ensure the wider team adhere to the Trust's Competency Framework for Registered Nurses, the Ward/Department Philosophy, and the NMC Code of Conduct/Professional Standards for the Protection of Patients.
