Relief Hospitality Operations Manager - Contract Position
We are seeking a seasoned Relief Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team in Port Douglas, QLD.
* Manage all aspects of hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, facilities maintenance, and guest relations.
* Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure high standards of customer service delivery.
* Identify and resolve guest complaints promptly to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
* Collaborate with the wider management team to drive continuous improvement and innovation in hospitality operations.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior hospitality management role.
* Current RMLV accreditation or equivalent qualification.
* A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding customer service results.
