As part of our Customer Service Team, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with our warehouse, sales, and finance teams to deliver excellent service to our customers.
About the Role
This full-time position combines customer service, data entry, and general administration to ensure our customers know how important they are to us. You'll work efficiently to receive and process orders, compile and distribute documentation, and provide effective communication and support within the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and web-store.
* Accurately enter data into our software systems.
* Compile and distribute documentation, including picking slips, substitutions, invoices, and credits.
* Communicate effectively with customers and other departments.
What We Need from You
* Previous experience in administration and/or customer service support is essential.
* Proficiency with technology, particularly Microsoft Office and database software, although training will be provided.
* Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and written/verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
