The role of Senior Technical Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of client systems, providing expert support to guarantee efficient IT services and mentoring junior engineers.
* Deliver exceptional technical services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies, focusing on Windows and Apple technology expertise.
* Manage software installation and licensing for end points, as well as device setup and transfer.
* Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk, supporting the mentoring of other engineers and providing hands-on assistance when required.
* Offer general application support, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, create user accounts, delete them, and establish file sharing connections.
* Document time and technical information into ticketing systems and client tools.
