This role is pivotal in managing fixed-price contracts, ensuring that scope, milestones, and pricing models are clearly understood and adhered to by delivery teams.Key Responsibilities :Contract Management : Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure transparency and availability of contract-related documents for delivery teams.Financial Performance : Monitor and analyse the financial performance of projects and operations.
This includes financial forecasting, updating & managing eMon, reviewing and approving billing, service credits, and cost variations as required.
Support invoicing and cash flow generation through milestone tracking and obligation management.Risk Management : Identify and assess commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize profitability and reduce costs.Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' procurement, finance, and legal teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for commercial matters.
Lead commercial meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, including financial metrics, risk assessments, and contract status.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Change & Dispute : Manage disputes, including evidence collection and resolution strategies.
