Finance Manager Role
Westfield Innaloo is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of centre management, including financial leadership and hands-on experience in asset management.
The ideal candidate will possess solid financial management experience, including profit and loss oversight and budget control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the development of annual budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with targets
* Managing and analyzing centre profit and loss reports, including monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments
* Conducting timely financial risk assessments and presenting insights and recommendations to the Asset Team
* Supporting the Centre Manager with retailer relations, administrative functions, and maintaining retailer standards
* Performing bi-monthly budget forecasting to ensure financial agility
* Overseeing daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and the smooth operation of the centre office
* Participating in duty management on a rotating weekend roster (with a day off in lieu)
