About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to join the team based in Wellington. Working closely with the Terminal Manager, you will play an integral role in the safe and efficient delivery of LPG products to Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, and Agricultural customers. With a focus on safety and OH&S compliance, your contribution will ensure that Origin is meeting needs of our customers across the region.
Key responsibilities:
* Performing terminal tasks ie, filling gas cylinders, loading/unloading trucks and housekeeping.
* Ensuring that deliveries are made in an accurate and timely manner while providing exceptional customer service onsite
* Demonstrating effective time management skills in relation to terminal logistics and daily tasks, including working autonomously
* Contribute to safety reviews & activities including; HSE Meetings, training & paperwork requirements
What will you bring?
* Reliability and a 'can do attitude'
* A current valid Car Licence with a willingness to upgrade to MR
* Current Forklift Licence (Desirtable)
* Physical fitness and ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including repetitive lifting and manoeuvring cylinders
* Communication skills and a proven track record in customer service focused delivery roles
* Commitment to safety culture with a safety-first mind set
