About the role
Based in Adelaide, this role supports local offices across South Australia. You will coordinate office onboarding, deliver training on business systems, assist with marketing initiatives, and act as a key support link between local offices and the national team.
Duties
- Coordinate onboarding for new offices
- Support training on business platforms and systems
- Assist with local marketing campaigns and compliance
- Oversee state social media and communications
- Contribute to events, projects, and planning sessions
Skills & experience
- Confident with technology and learning new systems
- Strong communicator and relationship builderComfortable presenting and training in groups
- Organised, proactive, and solution focused
- Previous real estate experience required
