The Role
We are on the hunt for a Land Surveyor with a specialist focus on asset recording.
In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, from field data capture to final plans, working across a mix of field and office environments with an even split between the two settings. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveying outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site asset surveys to capture accurate measurements and asset attributes
* Manage projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality survey outputs
* Ensure accuracy, compliance and quality control of all survey outputs
* Maintain strong organisation, attention to detail and communication throughout projects
* Travel to metropolitan and regional job sites, primarily within northern, western and metropolitan areas
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
* Tertiary qualification in Land Surveying or a related field
* Proven experience in asset recording within surveying projects
* Proficiency with surveying equipment and software
* Proficiency in preparation and delivery of A-spec data is preferred (training can be provided)
* Ability to work autonomously and manage day-to-day tasks independently
