Our client, a large Federal Government Department promotes and protects Australia's international interests to support our security and prosperity, are looking for multiple Business Analysts.
Duties of the Business Analyst:
* Work across multiple Azure based applications and initiatives concurrently, supporting delivery and sustainment activities.
* Play a critical role in defining and articulating business needs, processes, and requirements leveraging a range of tools and techniques (i.e. business rules mapping to legislation, business process modelling
* Enable an effective interchange between business stakeholders and technology teams. The position is expected to support and promote consistent practices, tools, and methods in delivering Business Analysis services.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum 5 years business analysis experience in software delivery projects is required.
* Must have demonstrated experience performing Business Analyst functions within ICT delivery environments, including requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
* Proven experience working within agile delivery teams and collaborating with technical stakeholders, including developers and architects using Microsoft DevOps.
* Experience producing high quality technical business artefacts such as business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process maps and acceptance.
