Essential Qualification
* AHP (Allied Health Professional) positions are designed for applicants who hold a Social Work qualification and are eligible for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* PO (Professional Officer) positions are open to applicants with qualifications in Community Services, Human Services, Social Sciences, Health, or other related fields.

* Salary: AHP1: $71,217 - $86,938 p.a. + 12% super
* Exclusive Allowance: Additional 4% for child protection social workers, permanently enshrined in the Enterprise Agreement - making DCP the highest-paying government employer in SA.

* Deliver timely and effective case management
* Record and maintain accurate case information
To be successful
You have a strong interest in child protection and are motivated to build your skills in a fast-paced frontline environment. You are organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities while keeping children and families at the centre of your work.
You have a working understanding of child development, risk assessment and family functioning. You can gather information, analyse evidence and contribute to case planning, court processes and safety decisions in line with policy and legislation.

Special Conditions:
