About You You may or may not be familiar with the home loan process, what is important that you are open to learning. Your background in administration and customer service means you have had experience in all sorts of systems and processes. You are the first to pick up the phone whether to clarify something in an email or just have a chat with your customers, building these relationships energises you. Not to mention, you could listen to people talk about property all day! You have developed a keen eye for detail and take personal accountability for every email, document or text sent to ensure there are no miscommunications. About the RoleLead by the Director, Nathan, your day-to-day will look like: Consulting with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents and customers to ensure all documents and details are correct for loan applications, Processing mortgage applications and inputting data into online platforms Sending documents to customers to get their signatures and following up on those that have not yet been sent through such as payslips, bank statements and credit checks, Answering inquiries from customers and updating them on the process of the loans.
