About the Role
You'll take full ownership of branch performance across sales, operations, customer service and team leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing daily branch operations
* Leading and motivating a small team
* Building strong relationships with existing customers
* Identifying opportunities to grow branch revenue
* Providing product advice and solutions to customers
* Managing stock levels and inventory
* Overseeing purchasing and supplier coordination
* Ensuring smooth day‐to‐day branch operations
* Maintaining high service standards across the branch
What We're Looking For
You may currently be working as:
* Branch Manager
* Store Manager
* Trade Sales Manager
* Operations Manager
* Retail Manager
* Internal Sales Manager
You'll likely bring:
* Previous experience managing a branch, store, or trade‐based operation
* Strong sales and customer relationship skills
* Leadership experience and the ability to hold a team accountable
* Strong commercial awareness
* Experience working in tools, equipment, machinery, construction supplies or similar industries
* Confidence working autonomously
* Solid organisational and problem‐solving skills
Important to Know
This is a hands‐on environment, so you'll need to be comfortable being on your feet and occasionally assisting with heavier products and equipment.
