Job Title: Estimator (Sydney)

Key Responsibilities:
* Critical to our success is the ability to carry out estimations for reinstatement works to domestic and commercial buildings following damage caused by insurable events.
* We require candidates with excellent site assessment skills to determine cause of damage, scope of works, and costings.
* The successful candidate will also need to determine policy coverage in accordance with client agreements.
* Liaising with clients, customers, and partner trade networks is an essential part of this role.
* A high level of awareness of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is required.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in desktop/VE/on-road estimating.
* Facing customers with confidence and providing exceptional service.
* Effective communication and organisational abilities are essential.
* The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently is crucial.
* A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy.
* Knowledge of Australian building regulations and codes is mandatory.
* Understanding of construction processes and pricing is critical.
* Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft applications are required.
