Due to growing demand for our product and services, we are adding to our sales team and are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with experience in the Building sector.
Using your knowledge in the building and landscape industry you will be able to guide and assist our clients with all their paving, block and retaining wall choices.
Working closely with Builders, Landscapers and our network of Resellers your role will involve understanding client needs and offering commercial solutions and advice on our extensive product range. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in the building industry and a passion for sales who is eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic sales team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities also include:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and engage with clients across sectors such as Trade Builders, Landscapers and Resellers.
Provide support and product knowledge to help our clients make informed hard landscaping decisions.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing Reseller network, ensuring this sales channel is well serviced and supported.
Work closely with the Best Customer Service team and Landscape Services team to ensure excellence in customer service delivery.
Requirements:
Construction and/or Landscaping industry knowledge and experience required.
Demonstrated record of outstanding sales budget delivery.
Competitive and driven nature.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Self-Motivated with excellent multi-tasking skills, able to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
Strong goal orientation with exceptional time management and organisational skills
Proven success with the Solution Selling process.
