About the role
* Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.
* Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
* Building meaningful relationships with our clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again.
* Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
About the person
* 1+ years experience in optical, or 2+ years retail sales experience.
* Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties.
* Solid attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
* Confident, clear and effective communication skills.
* Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships.
* Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner.
Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired, but not essential.
