Support the Accounts Payable function in the School
- Support all four Melbourne campuses, Haileybury Pangea, and Haileybury Rendall (Darwin)

**The Role**
The purpose of this role is to support the Accounts Payable function in the School, with volumes of approximately 2,000 per month.
**Responsibilities**
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely and accurate manner
- Management of the accounts payable inboxes
- Distribution and follow up of invoices for approval
- Checking coding and approval of invoices and POs adheres to the delegation authority
- Entering invoices and matching with POs in Synergetic
- Preparation and review of batches for payment
- Reconciliation of supplier statements to the creditors ledger
- Liaising with suppliers and staff regarding any Accounts Payable queries
- Maintenance of the purchase order system
- Training staff in the use of Purchase orders
**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in the role you will bring the following with you:
- 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Proficiency and accuracy in data entry
