The Role Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented legal assistant who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, to support a well-regarded Partner and their busy team. Provide integral support to litigated matters in multiple jurisdictions arising from diverse areas such as public liability claims, insurance coverage (medical indemnity), coronial inquests, mental health law, and risk and compliance. Duties Preparing and filing court documents across multiple jurisdictions Coordinating conferences, and group events Drafting legal and formal correspondence with precision Managing busy calendars and scheduling for the Partner and team Assisting with legal research tasks as required Skills & Expertise Experience as a legal secretary or assistant in a similar role Appreciation of risk-sensitive, and confidential information Ability to remain calm under pressure Effective time management Culture & Benefits Join a supportive and collegiate team that truly invests in its people.
