We are looking for responsible, self-motivated Leading Hands and Nursery Hands to join our Propagation Team. Experience working in nurseries is an advantage, though all training will be provided.

FULL TIME POSITIONS
Key Responsibilities:
Leading Hand and General Nursery Hand ROLES AVAILABLE
* Harvesting, propagation and tubing
* Leading Hands - organise and implement daily work schedules
* Preparing plants for dispatch
* Labelling, pruning, staking, fertilizing and weeding plants
* Plant Production & General Nursery Duties
* Use of tractors and nursery machinery
Key Attributes:
* Be fit and healthy (these are physically demanding roles)
* Willing to work as part of an all-weathers, outdoor Team environment
* Leading Hands require demonstrated team leadership qualities
* Follows directions easily
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated with initiative to take action
* Eye for detail with plant maintenance and presentation
* Plant knowledge and experience with nursery machinery an advantage
* Own vehicle and drivers licence essential
