Senior Business Analyst role at Edith Cowan University (ECU). This is a fixed-term, full-time position based at Joondalup Campus. There are 2 positions available.
About The Opportunities
We are pleased to share two dedicated opportunities within the People and Culture team:
- Senior Business Analyst – People and Culture Systems: Lead the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of ECU’s People and Culture systems. Partner with stakeholders across the University to optimise HR systems, ensuring they are user-friendly, strategically aligned, and support accurate and compliant processes. Support system upgrades, implementations, and process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Compliance Specialist: Ensure ECU’s practices remain compliant with employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and University policy. Analyze employee data and develop pay compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, and continuous improvement of People and Culture systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise HR systems and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a HR or People Systems environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integration.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence, plan, and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
