Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee delivery of planned and reactive works within contractual SLAs and KPIs.
2. Build strong relationships with client contacts.
3. Maintain CBRE vendor compliance records.
4. Manage financial and administrative aspects, including PO issuance and vendor support via Coupa platform.
5. Prepare and issue reports for the facilities management team.
6. Support mail room and front-of-house duties as needed.
7. Assist with kitchen supplies and cleanliness.
Skills and Experience
* Customer service skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Experience in customer service, front of house, or client-facing roles in a professional environment.
* Exposure to facilities management.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
