Job responsibilities:
* Coordinate care activities with the interdisciplinary behavioral health team.
* Support de-escalation approaches consistent with unit policy and scope of practice.
* Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
* Implement safety measures and follow established protocols for risk assessment and escalation.
