Director of Logistics and Patient Flow:

They serve as the Network's representative to community partners, building relationships of trust and aligning the facility's operations with population needs.
This Director ensures hospital services function smoothly through an integrated approach.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in health, administration or management
Master's degree (in business administration, public administration or health services management) considered an asset
Eight to ten years of professional experience relevant to the position and/or in health services management
Excellent knowledge of the hospital system, its administration and legal framework
Ability to rally and mobilize teams around a common vision in a complex environment
Good knowledge of change management and continuous improvement within a context of organizational transformation
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in planning, coordinating and supervising hospital operations
Proven versatility, adaptability and responsiveness
Dynamic and innovative approach
Ability to generate support and commitment
Ability to make decisions under pressure and outside field of expertise
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
