About the Role
This role is with one of Australia's leading and rapidly growing insurance broking groups. You will be working alongside a supportive and experienced team of professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients. As an Account Manager you'll be responsible for a portfolio of clients and be tasked with providing them insurance solutions and excellent customer service. You'll also be providing key assistance to a Director to further your development and exposure to larger and more complex risks.

Duties and Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of a mixed portfolio of clients
* Maintaining and growing the portfolio through new business initiatives
* Manage a mixed portfolio of SME clients and provide them with expert advice and tailored insurance solutions
* Facilitate the provision of quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims and processing
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
* Maintain industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and events
* Adopt an open mind and willingness to learn
Qualifications
* Tier 1 Broking Qualification
* Experience as an Account Manager/Executive managing a portfolio of insurance business
* OR, experience as an established Broker Assistant and are looking to take the next step
* Understanding of the general insurance product suite
* A positive can‐do attitude! Someone that takes initiative in their learning and can be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
* Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with external stakeholders
* Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
