* Deliver outstanding customer service as the face of Optus and support customers with optimism and curiosity.
* Share knowledge of tech products and services in an easy-to-understand manner.
* Provide personalised solutions and product expertise to customers.
* Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment and memorable customer moments.
