About The Role
Duties

Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and activate keys
Set up guest accounts according to requirements
Enter Rewards information, ensure rate accuracy, and document exceptions
Secure payment prior to key issuance and verify billing
Review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists
Complete cashiering and closing reports
Provide guests with directions and property information
Handle guest requests and coordinate with staff as needed
Follow up to ensure guest requests are met
Process payments, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges
Balance and secure receipts and cash at shift start and end
Obtain manual authorizations and follow accounting procedures
Report any guest theft incidents to Loss Prevention/Security

Skills & Experience

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification from a nationally accredited provider
Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth
Experience in customer service roles
Passion for customer service
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
