QA Higher Education is hiring a Technical Project Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge digital platforms that transform the student experience. From AI-powered portals to energetic websites, you’ll lead projects that make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll drive the design, development, and delivery of public and student-facing digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and our trusted tech delivery partner to bring personalized, secure, and scalable solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development & project management for web and portal initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, data engineers, and content creators.
- Define project scope, goals, and success metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
- Oversee integration of AI features like chatbots, dashboards, and recommendation engines.
- Ensure platforms are accessible, secure, and GDPR-compliant.
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Understand Key performance indicators for engagement, conversion, acquisition and technical performance
- Drive insight based decision making
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced, but visionary.
Experience
- Proven track record in technical project management (education, SaaS, or digital services preferred).
- Skilled in agile/scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager.
Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Microsoft web technologies
- Deep understanding of CMS, APIs, cloud platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools like MS Co-pilot Studio (desirable).
- Knowledge of data privacy and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
