Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Equipment Technician to deliver quality service to customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety checks on material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory – build positive customer experiences.
* Utilize field-based technology to manage daily work schedules and inventory input on service vans and customer sites.
* Gain experience with top-tier customer base and perform routine maintenance, service work, and accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or technician is highly regarded but not essential.
* Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
