As a Retail In-Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
* Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Restock shelves and maintain store appearance to ensure a positive customer experience
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required
* Prior retail experience is preferred
* You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
