What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff and interpret and advise on enterprise agreements and other industrial instruments. You must hold a qualification in Human Resources or a similar degree and have end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders is essential.
