As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our neighbourhood administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood to achieve optimal results.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels.
* Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Effective rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood to ensure seamless operations.
* Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested to maintain high standards of professionalism.
* Efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements to meet deadlines.
* Monitoring, ordering, and distributing office supplies, as well as arranging for the maintenance/repair of office equipment.
* Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.
* Utilizing mainstream software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications, to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling is highly regarded but not mandatory.
* Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and database applications to enhance productivity.
* Confidence with smartphone and digital devices, or willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
