Key Responsibilities:
* The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in accordance with the menu, ensuring food handling and storage meet the highest standards of quality control.
* They will oversee the presentation of prepared dishes, maintaining consistency and artistic appeal.
* The Chef will prepare special dietary requirements, create new recipes, and regulate oven temperatures to ensure optimal results.
* Compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory, requiring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
* An AQF associate degree or relevant certification in Hospitality is required. Prior experience as a Chef and strong knowledge of cooking methods are also essential.
* Excellent communication skills are necessary to work effectively within a team.
