Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a leading non-profit within the education space, who endeavour to provide inclusive and cost-effective learning opportunities for a wide range of both individuals and organisations. With hundreds of courses on offer across their dynamic campuses, the team are dedicated to using both the power of learning and connection to ultimately build stronger communities.

About the role

As the face of the campus, this is an integral role within the team. This position is suited to an energetic and bubbly individual with a passion for making a difference, used to working in a fast-paced and varied environment. The day-to-day involves efficiently managing enquiries from students, teachers, and trainers through a variety of touchpoints, as well as assisting with the coordination of classes, data entry and office coordination (such as setting up and packing down the campus each day).

This position is full-time (Mon - Fri), 7:30am - 3:30pm, based at Epping.

Duties

- Effective management of inbound queries - face-to-face, phone, live chat, email
- Accurately recording conversations and updating within internal systems
- Assist with the scheduling of classes + booking of rooms
- Set up and pack down on-site facilities each day (e.g. tables, chairs, laptops, banners, brochure racks)
- Assist trainers and teachers with class administration (e.g. class rolls, Zoom links for virtual sessions, and course materials)
- Managing stationery and outgoing mail (e.g. completion certificates)

Skills & experience

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and high attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bubbly, outgoing, and energetic demeanour with a passion for customer service
- Autonomous and proactive in nature with a knack for forward-thinking
- System savvy and ability to pick up current technologies with ease
- Education/RTO exposure will be highly regarded
