We are seeking a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our expanding Tasmanian team based in Launceston. New graduates are encouraged to apply! We offer a comprehensive training program for all new graduates joining our team.
This role is busy, collaborative, and rewarding. It allows you to:
* Assist injured individuals in their recovery, return to work, and resumption of daily activities;
* Conduct assessment and case management services across various client portfolios;
* Support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills;
* Develop leadership skills and mentor others through team development and training;
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
About You:
* Registered Occupational Therapist with relevant professional membership;
* Experience with ADL assessments is highly regarded;
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
* Honesty, integrity, a positive team attitude, and a proactive approach;
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
