As Concierge Supervisor, you will be Sofitel Adelaide’s brand ambassador, offering expert local knowledge and personalised recommendations that enhance the guest experience. You’ll curate exceptional service, oversee VIP recognition, and ensure seamless arrivals. Working closely with Front Office leadership, you’ll train and inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality while driving revenue. Your passion for service will create memorable, guest-first experiences at every touchpoint.
**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:
- Extensive experience as a Concierge or Concierge Supervisor in a luxury hotel
- Exceptional guest service, communication skills, and fluency in English
- A guest-oriented approach, vibrant personality, and passion for helping others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera software, with solid analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively
