Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and working closely with the Executive Officer/Director of Nursing, you’ll help create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters independence, boosts self-esteem, and supports emotional and social wellbeing. Your creativity and compassion will help residents stay connected, active, and fulfilled. About You: Current South Australian Driver's License. Previous Paramedical Aide or equivalent experience. Experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position. Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
