About the Role

Join our Active Discovery Playspace Creation Team – Tasmania and work within our National Sales Team. You will serve clients in local government, landscape architectural, educational and early learning sectors.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (flexible). Ability to work from home.


Responsibilities

* Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accurate customer records, sales status tracking and mandatory reporting.
* Build and maintain key relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Stakeholder engagement with councils, asset renewal teams, architects and landscape consultants.
* Provide clients with customised solutions based on their specific needs and site characteristics.
* Understand client requirements, budget and project goals to provide expert advice on playground equipment and design.
* Develop 2D CAD designs to accompany design requests, creating full 3D design proposals to help clients visualise the final space.
* Communicate technical information clearly to clients and design professionals with a consistent consideration for the Australian Playground Standards.
* Research and provide market‑specific feedback to management.
* Engage in local marketing campaigns, networking, social media platforms, EDMs, expos and other direct marketing activities.
* Report to National Sales & Marketing Manager.


Qualifications

* Minimum 2‑3 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
* Prior experience in playground or landscape construction industry desirable.
* Self‑motivated and capable of working remotely.
* Demonstrate initiative and ability to problem‑solve.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
* Reliable and honest.
* Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Competent in basic design software such as AutoCAD and InDesign.
* Good eye for design and detail; ability to read plans.
* Basic understanding of Australian Playground and Fitness Standards.
* Valid driver's licence.
