Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial processing equipment.
About This Role:
* Operate and Monitor Equipment: You will be responsible for operating and monitoring processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Efficient Waste Management: You will play a key role in efficiently directing industrial liquid waste through the correct systems to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintenance and Troubleshooting: You will conduct routine maintenance on equipment and diagnose faults to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
* Loading and Unloading: You will load and unload industrial liquid waste from collection containers and transfer it to storage facilities.
* Waste Sample Analysis: You will conduct regular waste sample analysis to monitor quality and identify any potential issues.
About You:
* Driver's License: A current C class drivers license is required.
* Forklift Operation: Experience operating a forklift is highly regarded.
* First Aid and Fire Training: First aid certificate and fire extinguisher training would be an advantage.
* Industrial Experience: You will need experience operating machinery in an industrial environment.
* Processing and Wastewater: Experience in processing and or wastewater treatment facilities would be beneficial.
