We're looking for a detail-driven and experienced Recruitment Recruiter to join our finance team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment operations, providing administrative support across the end-to-end hiring process. From posting job ads and scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications and maintaining recruitment systems, you'll ensure every stage runs smoothly and professionally.

Job Description:

* Screening and shortlisting candidates from a variety of advertising platforms
* Conducting interviews on a daily basis
* Job matching suitable candidates with current open roles
* Juggling day-to-day activities with an ability to adapt to business needs
* Liaising with candidates face-to-face, emails and over the phone
* Ensure candidate pool is sufficient focusing on quality and not quantity.
* Understand and build relationships with current and new clientele.
* Maintaining compliance standards across the board
* Ensure accurate data management in our system.

Position Requirements:

* Recruitment experience is preferred
* Excellent work ethic, results driven and motivated to grow
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven results in a recruitment environment is desirable
* High attention to detail
* Analytic problem solving skills & ability to take initiative
* Customer Service/Administration experience will be highly regarded
