Castle Grounds Early Learning is preparing to open a unique, purpose-built early learning environment in Halls Head. Guided by our philosophy of Situation Responsive Pedagogy, we create meaningful learning experiences shaped by children's voices, strong relationships, and a deep connection to place.
We are currently building our founding team and are inviting passionate, reflective, and values-driven educators and professionals to join us.
We are recruiting for the following roles:
• Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs)

• Certificate III Educators
• Trainees (earn while you learn)
• Centre Chef

Role requirements (Educators & Teachers)
• Relevant qualification (ECT, Diploma, Certificate III )
• Current Working with Children Check (WA)
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Trainees
• Genuine interest in early childhood education
• Willingness to study towards Certificate III
• Positive attitude and commitment to learning
Centre Chef
We are looking for an experienced and passionate cook to lead our kitchen and support children's wellbeing through nutritious, wholesome meals.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a childcare setting or commercial kitchen
• Strong understanding of nutrition for young children
• Experience in menu planning, including catering for allergies and dietary requirements
• Knowledge of and experience implementing a Food Safety Program
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (HLTFSE001 Follow basic food safety practices AND HLTFSE005 Apply and monitor food safety requirements or equivalent unit as required in WA)
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation
