Spectrum Global Arts is seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our professional training studios in Port Melbourne. Working closely with the Director, this role is central to ensuring the smooth, professional running of the studio while supporting student communications, enrolments, marketing, and operational logistics.
This position is offered on a casual basis with consistent weekly hours (20–30 per week) and the opportunity to transition to a part-time role in the near future.
Key responsibilities include managing student and parent enquiries, supporting enrolments and student records, coordinating studio schedules and teacher communication, assisting with studio hire bookings and invoicing, supporting workshops and events, and assisting with social media scheduling and enrolment campaigns.
A Certificate or Diploma qualification is required for this position. Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
